Hello!
Just thought I’d put up a post on our rather neglected website (my fault entirely) in case there’s anyone looking for a vet Christian Union at Edinburgh Uni, who is maybe starting at Edinburgh this September.
We’re a really nice bunch, and we don’t neglect each other unlike the website!
We meet on Wednesday evening in different student flats. We have a meal together (all dietary requirements catered for), then we do a bible study or have some discussion about something relevant to us as Christian vet students, and sometimes we have some music too. Normally it’s from 7:00 till about 9:30pm. Each week we send an email to let people know where the meeting will be for that week, and at the start of the year someone will go to Summerhall to meet any new people and bring them along.
Look out for us at the Fresher’s Fair on the Monday of Fresher’s week, and we’ll be doing a few social bits and pieces throughout the week – details to follow.
It’d be really great to meet you and to be able to support you through vet school; with this being our main aim.
